Production of the Panzer Dragoon: Remake Limited Run Games cartridges was delayed to include the important 1.3 patch and for SEGA to provide final feedback on the packaging, but the game is now being assembled.
Josh Fairhurst from Limited Run Games has provided an update on the Limited Run Games physical release of Panzer Dragoon: Remake for fans:
Steam doesn’t correlate to the physical production on Switch. Initially we had to hold off production on the cartridges to include the massively important 3.0 patch, then we had to wait for SEGA to provide any final feedback on the packaging. These all took time, but are now done
The game is now being assembled and will be the top priority to ship out as soon as it hits our warehouse.
This would be 1.3 patch he is referring to, which added significant improvements to the game. The physical release of the Nintendo Switch version was originally slated for Q3 2020, then delayed until October, and as of November 1st is still being assembled. But it looks like it is nearly here.
