At their recent hardware event, Amazon announced a new cloud gaming platform called Amazon Luna, and Panzer Dragoon: Remake is confirmed to be a launch title.
As reported by The Verge, another cloud gaming competitor has entered the field; this time it’s Amazon. Powered by AWS, Amazon Luna will be available at an “introductory price” of US$5.99 for the early access phase, giving subscribers the ability to play the “Luna Plus” channel. The Verge lists Panzer Dragoon as one of the games available on the Luna Plus channel:
Amazon says more than 100 games will be available via the Luna Plus channel, and launch titles include Resident Evil 7, Control, Panzer Dragoon, A Plague Tale: Innocence, The Surge 2, Yooka-Laylee, GRID, Abzu, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. Amazon says more titles will be added “over time.”
The official Twitter account for Panzer Dragoon: Remake, confirms that this is indeed the remade version of Panzer Dragoon, which was launched on Nintendo Switch, and later Google’s cloud gaming platform Stadia, earlier this year. You can find out more about Amazon Luna on the official landing page.
