My thanks go to Omegapoo for this one. It’s a picture of the Blue Dragon firing lasers at Shelcoof.
Although non-canonical, the drawing depicts Kyle Fluge as the dragon rider even though he never encountered Shelcoof during the events of Panzer Dragoon. The artist has told me that this is because Kyle is the only rider of the four game protagonists who has not encountered Shelcoof in some form during his adventures.
